We have been going to Lansing Pediatric Associates since my oldest, now 20, was born. We have been reassigned to several different pediatricians there as there have been retirements through the years, but every doctor there, from Dr. Knickerbocker and Dr. Takagishi (both the dad and son) to our current pediatrician, Dr. Loznak, have been phenomenal. Although they are a busy practice, they seem to work hard to try and get you in as soon as possible and based on need. However, my appointments never feel rushed. Dr. Loznak, who both my younger boys see, is very warm, personable, and professional. She provides advice and answers my questions without being biased so that I can make an informed decision. I never feel judged or pressured. We have had serious and unusual health issues come up requiring referrals, and the process was smooth. They know of specialists in the area and in larger communities who can best address specific health concerns. Most importantly to me though is that when we have an appointment with her, we have her complete attention and never feel rushed. I highly recommend this practice!

Lansing Pediatrics has been so accommodating and helpful. They always get your kid seen promptly if they are sick, are available on the nurses line, or even after hours when you’re concerned. We had a fall baby so winter sickness was SCARY and the nurses/doctors got us through it. We love Dr. Klein, her knowledge and empathy are top notch. Plus the nurses are all so nice and have great personalities. I went here as a kid myself and it was never a question where I was bringing my son :-)

I have been so happy with the care we have received at Lansing Peds. The doctors, nurses, and admin team are all so kind and excellent at their jobs! They are great at getting my kiddo in as soon as possible for sick appointments. We see Dr. Klein and love her!

Everyone is so amazing. The nurses go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We see Dr. Klein & we are absolutely thrilled with her care. She is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She listens & understands. We truly couldn’t ask for a better doctor for our sweet babe. Thank you everyone at Lansing Peds. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

We absolutely love Lansing Pediatric associates! Dr. Klein is incredible, she's knowledgeable, kind and patient even after a million questions. The nurses line is amazing and always get back to you same day, they've gotten our daughter in same day every time she's gotten sick. I wish I could give them 10 stars they have gone so far above and beyond anything we could expect from a doctor's office. They truly care and prioritize your kids' health. I would recommend them to anyone.
